Please do not use the platform for matters related to the Company's services.

These issues should be submitted exclusively to customer service.

Also, any kind of submitted report cannot be considered as a malfunction report, but the incidents, which, in the judgment of the complainant, concern the operation and the interest of the Company or the public interest.

Your report should be clear and as well documented as possible and should not contain any sensitive personal data.

A basic and inviolable principle of the Report-Complaint Management Policy is the protection of the anonymity and the principle of confidentiality of the data of the individuals who submit such reports-complaints, and since they are employees of the Company, the assurance in addition of not jeopardizing their existing position and of their future professional development. In case of submitting a named complaint, it is ensured that there will be no negative consequences (retaliation) for the person submitting the complaint.

Tracking your reports can be important for many reasons:

1) You wish to view the status of your report to check if action is being taken.

2) You wish to complete your report with additional information.

3) System administrators have requested additional information from you so they can resolve the problem or take the necessary action.

4) Save the unique code you will receive at the end of your report.

How to create a report

1. Click on "Create new report" at the bottom of this page

This will take you to the the form and you can begin filling in your report.

2. Give your report a short title

This will help your case handlers to understand the issue and process it.

3. Choose if you want to report confidentially or anonymously

When reporting anonymously no one will know your identity. If you report confidentially only case handlers will know.

4. Provide a detailed description of the issue

Provide as much useful information as you can. This could include location, dates, other people involved etc.

5. Choose a category and which department that should receive your report

This can be relevant if your report concerns a specific department.

6. Add your contact information

If you wish to be contacted outside of this platform you can add relevant information here.

7. Submit the report and save your unique password

Saving your password is crucial for following up on your case and this cannot be recovered. Make sure to download the password or save it securely.

Anonymity and protection of the Reporter

The Company encourages the submission of named reports. In any case, he commits that he will take all necessary measures in order to protect the identity of both the complainants, as well as those mentioned. The Compliance Officer ensures confidentiality and protection of the personal data of the petitioner as well as any named third party in the report by preventing access to it by unauthorized persons, unless the petitioner has given his express consent for the disclosure of his identity or the petition proved malicious. If the report proves to be malicious and, if there is a relevant request of the respondent, the identity of the petitioner may be disclosed in order to exercise his legal rights.

Both petitioners and respondents have the right to access, information, objection, correction and deletion of their personal data, according to what defined in the General Regulation of Personal Data (EU 679/2016) and in laws 4624/2019 and 4990/2022. Deviation from the above rule regarding the notification of the mentioned for the content of the report against them is allowed when the update may lead to the identification of the petitioner/ hinder its investigation and assessment report/ lead to the disclosure of confidential information, which must remain confidential/impede the exercise of the Company's legal claims.

Report confidentially

You can choose to report confidentially. Your identity will only be known to those who handle your case in confidence, and your identity will appear anonymous and confidential to others in case processing.

Your identity will not be disclosed to others within the organization without your agreement hereto. Your agreement to openness about your identity will only be requested if it is necessary for the internal case processing.

When you use the whistleblower system confidentially, your case and you will be registered, which means that you can document any right to protection under the whistleblower legislation from the first contact made.

It is always recommended to use the confidential reporting option, as it provides the best possible case processing and ensures you the best possible protection.

Report anonymously

You can choose to report anonymously if you prefer not to provide your identity to anyone in the process.

When reporting anonymously, it may become difficult for you at a later date to invoke protection under the whistleblower legislation.

If you choose to report anonymously, you should make sure you do not leave any electronic traces in the process. Check the files you upload for meta-data and don't use this system through an employer-provided PC or mobile phone. That way you will have the best possible protection as an anonymous whistleblower.

It is recommended to report confidentially as it ensures you the best possible protection.
